The BFAR’s Fisheries Quarantine Monitoring Station (BFAR-FQMS) in this town bared that it had recorded transported rice eel with a total of 998.1 metric tons from the Cagayan Valley region to Nueva Ecija province and Metro Manila. The BFAR-FQMS said the export commodity, locally known as “kiwet,” were to be exported to Asian countries with an estimated value of P97,148,000.en
