President Duterte's call for the United States to fire the first shot against China applies also to critics and detractors of his administration, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel and concurrent Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo yesterday said. Panelo, in radio interview, said the chalenge of the President to the US government was serious. "They should, they might also volunteer to go there," Panelo said when asked if Duterte was also asking his critics and detractors to fire preliminary shots at China.
