    'Rolly' agriculture damage hits P1.1 billion - DA

    The Department of Agriculture (DA) has recorded P1.1 billion worth of damage and losses in agriculture due to the effects of Super Typhoon “Rolly,” Secretary William Dar said on Monday. For affected fishers, Dar said the DA will distribute 10 million tilapia and milkfish fingerlings as well as fishing gear and paraphernalia. Rolly has weakened into a tropical storm and was traversing the West Philippine Sea on Monday morning.
